The charges for our all-inclusive package of snacks, meals, nappies, wet wipes and extra-curricular activities (for children accessing fully funded hours) is £1.20 per fully funded hour.
The nursery waivers all charges for the 8 bank holidays per year. In addition, there is no charge from 1pm on Christmas Eve or for the week we are closed between Christmas and New Year.
We offer a 5% discount for the oldest sibling attending the same sessions.
The government helps with childcare costs in different ways, for example eligible parents can save money by using a 'tax-free' childcare account to pay for nursery fees or their child may be eligible for 'funded hours' depending on their age and eligibility. We use a portal called Eylog to help parents/carers stay connected with their child's learning and development at nursery. Parents are sent a personal login to enable them to view their child's learning journey which can accessed here: eyLog | Parent Portal
At Fledglings, we have many experienced staff who are are specifically trained to support children with speech, language and communication needs. If you have any concerns please talk to your child's keyworker/nursery manager. We are very proud to have followed the 'Every Child a Talker' initiative for over 10 years which has enabled us to provide lots of support to children including monitoring their progress in this area of their development.
